Prices for shipping options are shown at Checkout.  We use Australia Post.  If your order is received prior to midday on a business day we will do our best to ship the order the same day. Orders received after midday will usually be shipped on the next business day.

It is our priority to get your items to you as quickly as possible, however we ask that you please allow up to two business days for lodgement, especially during peak periods when processing and packing times may be longer. Please note that extreme weather events may also affect lodgement times.

Items are shipped from Maroochydore BC, 4558 Queensland. Please refer to the Australia Post website for estimated delivery timeframes.

While we trust Australia Post to deliver reliably, we cannot take responsibility for items lost in the mail. 

In the rare event that your parcel insured through Australia Post is lost, please rest assured that we have a plan in place to resolve the situation efficiently:

1. Immediate Investigation: As soon as we are made aware of a missing parcel, we will contact Australia Post to initiate an investigation. We will provide them with all necessary shipment details to expedite the process.

2. Communication: We will keep you informed at every step. You will receive updates on the investigation's progress and expected timelines, ensuring you're never in the dark.

3. Outcome of Investigation: If the parcel is located, we will arrange for it to be delivered to you as quickly as possible. If the parcel is confirmed lost, we will proceed with filing an insurance claim.

4. Compensation and Resolution: Once the claim is approved by Australia Post, we will use the compensation to ensure your satisfaction. We will offer to either replace the item or provide a full refund, based on your preference and availability of the item.
