Before purchasing from our real Gold product lines, we would like to highlight the inherent characteristics of gold. Gold is a soft metal, requiring gentle handling and special care to maintain its shape and beauty. 

Jewellery for babies and children often feature narrower and smaller designs to delicately fit tiny ears. As a result, these pieces are not as robust as thicker or larger adult versions of gold jewellery. If too much pressure is applied, the gold may bend. 

Please ensure screw backs are aligned correctly before turning to avoid cross-threading, and avoid forcing, as this can weaken the posts.

Our refund policy allows refunds for items found to be faulty on arrival but we cannot refund items that are damaged as a result of the way they are handled so please be very careful with your genuine gold jewellery purchases.
